Terms & Conditions MBI96 – Platform Usage Guidelines

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings as defined unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "mbi96" – refers to the mbi96.vu website, mobile app, and all services provided by the operating company.
• "User" or "Member" – refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the mbi96 platform.
• "Account" – refers to the personal profile created by a user upon successful registration.
• "Account Balance" – the total funds available in a user's account at any given time, including real money and various types of bonus credits.
• "Bonus" – any credits, free spins, or other rewards granted by mbi96 to members through promotions or loyalty programmes.
• "Wagering Requirement" – the minimum amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable funds.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your account, including all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made. This includes situations where your account is accessed by a third party due to your own failure to keep your password confidential.

Closure by User: You may close your mbi96 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all eligible real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal once identity verification is complete. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited.

Closure by mbi96: The mbi96 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following cases:

Mbi96's maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
